A Little Bit About Us...
Kricket Kirkpatrick is one of Dothan's premier commercial photographers. She is very passionate about helping small businesses and large companies brand their products. Kirkpatrick also shoots portraits, headshots, events, and now Heirloom Photography .
Recently, Kricket has opened her studio doors to Heirloom Photography to help families persevere quality images of their small children. Heirloom photos are meant to be used as decor, family gifts, or even to be shared with the children as they get older. These vintage styled portraits are great for kids ages 1-5.

- 10-minute portrait sitting
- Receive 4 full watermarked digital gallery of unedited expressions/poses. You will pick 1 image for me to turn into heirloom. You will receive both color + B&W fully edited and retouched heirloom. These edits are NOT digital downloads. Please note, I do not sell unedited pictures.
- Option to have more poses turned into heirlooms, should you be interested. For each additional pose, there is a $100 editing fee.
- One 5 x 7 fine art print credit.
- Petite Session Clients do not have access to Client Closet or Heirloom Vignette Welcome Pack.

You are paying for my editing time as each heirloom edit takes me around 45 minutes to 1 hour to do. Please note, I do not sell unedited pictures.
- Option to have more poses turned into heirlooms, should you be interested. For each additional pose, there is a $75 editing fee.
- One 5 x 7 + one 8 x 10 fine art print print credit.
- Composite creation (3-images). You will still need to order a print of the composite.

What area are you located in?
Our studio is located midtown/downtown Dothan. We are apart of the Cherokee + Main.
How far in advance should I book?
Because heirloom portraits are seasonal, availability is limited. Book your appointment today!
What are your rates?
We are able to provide a number of packages of our most popular services, along with a-la-carte options. View our pricing for more details and to request an estimate.
Do you offer any other services?
We also offer wardrobe assistance. Ask for details.
Can I purchase colored prints?
Absolutely! Final prints are based on your personal preference and aesthetic.
Why no digital files?
Heirloom portraits are meant to be taken and framed. They are a symbolic reminder of growth and longevity. We keep so many photos on our phones and computers that over time we begin to be overwhelmed and leave certain photos behind. The purpose of an heirloom is to bring forward-- to let live beyond the here and now.
Then, how will I choose my favorite photos?
Within 24 hours following your shoot, you will receive a text message notifying you of your online gallery. There, you will choose your favorite photo(s) to be edited and finalized by Kricket.
